Adjustable waist straps and tensional bands provide a snug but unrestrictive fit, giving you free range of motion while training. Our steel weight vest plates add an extra level of intensity when running, rucking, or doing CrossFit WODs. The vest accommodates 2 plates, with available sizes in pairs of 4, 5.75, and 8.75 creating 10, 14, or 20lb weight vest, respectively. Customize your workout and train progressively.
